The OASE service engineer can support you generally via TeamViewer to get access to your laptop or Desktop-PC. If you already
have TeamViewer version installed, you just need to give us “YOUR ID” and the “PASSWORD”.
If not, the TeamViewer QuickSupport is the easiest way to access to your computer during the call for exchanging files or images to get the ideal impression of the situation on site.
For access to the OASE QuickSupport from Teamviewer you will get an email with a link from the ServiceEngineer.
For downloading the QuickSupport from TeamViewer webpage please use this link:

There is no installation needed for the Quick Support.
When opening the software, you will be able to give your ID and password to your Service Engineer.
