No matter where you are and which project you’re working on, via OASE RemoteAssist your OASE service engineer is always on your side.

You are OASE Partner and you’re installing, finalising or repairing products or systems on your project. You might have questions, or a problem might have occurred, and you are trying to find someone to help you quickly and give you direct answers.

No problem. The new service of the OASE RemoteAssist gives you the opportunity to get help, advice or instructions for your project from OASE service engineers – without the need to travel and without time delays.

It is simple and easy.

What you need to do:

  1. For questions or problems with installation, commissioning, maintenance or repair of your project please call or write you contact person in the worldwide ServiceEngineering team of OASE.  
  2. Your OASE ServiceEngineer will direcly help you and will arrange the ideal connection to you – either TeamViewer Pilot with Augmented Reality, TeamViewer QuickSupport, Microsoft Teams, Skype or Whatsapp.

What you need to have:

  1. A camera or your smartphone, and ideally a belt holding the phone or camera to keep your hands free; if you already have smart glasses you will be able to perfectly use it via TeamViewer Pilot
  2. A video chat software like Microsoft Teams, Teamviewer Pilot, Skype or WhatsApp
  3. If necessary, a software for the access to your Laptop or PC like Microsoft Teams oder Team Viewer QuickSupport
  4. A constant WIFI or mobile LTE/3G connection with minimum 1.5 MB/s.
  5. If needed, a webcam directed towards the fountain for function analysis

Installation Support

  • With TeamViewer Pilot in combination with smart glasses you have a very innovative visual support for your remote solution. These smart glasses enable the OASE ServiceEngineer to see exactly what you see and to give direct support. By integrating marks and arrows you easily understand on which technical detail you need to focus on.

    The access is as simple as this because the OASE RemoteAssist team will send you an invitation on your mobile phone. If you have already installed the app TeamViewer Pilot you will directly be forwarded to it.

    If you don't have the app on your phone, you will be forwarded to the Appstore or GooglePlay Store for downloading it. Please install the app, follow the instructions and accept terms and conditions of TeamViewer Pilot. As soon as you installed the app you will only need to accept the incoming call from your OASE RemoteAssist team.

  • The OASE service engineer can support you generally via TeamViewer to get access to your laptop or Desktop-PC. If you already

    have TeamViewer version installed, you just need to give us “YOUR ID” and the “PASSWORD”.

    If not, the TeamViewer QuickSupport is the easiest way to access to your computer during the call for exchanging files or images to get the ideal impression of the situation on site.

    For access to the OASE QuickSupport from Teamviewer you will get an email with a link from the ServiceEngineer.

    For downloading the  QuickSupport from TeamViewer webpage please use this link:

    There is no installation needed for the Quick Support.

    When opening the software, you will be able to give your ID and password to your Service Engineer.
     

  • The Microsoft Teams desktop version or the app is a freeware. This software allows us to share screens and to take control of your computer during the call. It’s also possible to use videocall and text chat.

    You just need to download the desktop version and sign in with your email address:

    If you’d rather not download the app or software, then it is possible to invite you with your email address and the OASE ServiceEngineer will send you a login link.

    You can download the app for your smartphone from the Google PlayStore or the App Store.
     

  • Please download the apps of TeamViewer Pilot, Whatsapp or Skype for your mobile devices in the GooglePlay Store or App Store.

    For using Skype the OASE ServiceEngineer will need your skype name, for using Whatsapp your mobile phone number
